ECOLE DE BUDO R A J I TIMISOARA
WELLCOME
....................................................................................................................................................................................................
This Martial Arts Club was founded in 1991. It’s the first aikido club opened in Timisoara. In 1996 we started working with a club in Hungary (the actual TenJinChi Dojo). After many years of practice at home and at other Dojos in Romania aswell as Europe, we joined Ecole de BUDO RAJI, witch was already spread worldwide.
In the present time, we attend seminars and training camps in Romania and Europe, lead by EBR instructors, as well as from Japan. The main discipline studied in the school is AIKIDO. While many people consider it as the supreme martial art, Aikido certainly is a perfect way to acquire self knowledge, self discipline and possibly, a high level of freedom of thought.ECOLE DE BUDO RAJI has a unique approach to the practice of Aikido, with emphasis on attention, simplicity and precision of movement. Since Aikido can’t be practiced unless in a group (DOJO), and most exercises are done with a partner, it’s an ideal way to understand human relations at a different level.
In this club, other complementary martial arts are studied, but can also stand alone as SHINTO Muso Ryu JODO and Muso SHINDEN Ryu IAIDO. The fact that the main martial art studied is Aikido, does not mean that the others are not as serious and important. To be understood: they all are tools, witch, used properly, can help us achieve the same goals: self-knowledge and self-development. On the other hand, these classical martial arts provide us a deeper understanding of Budo and fill certain gaps of the “modern Aikido”.
You’re welcome to try it and if it’s for you, feel free to join us in these special activities. More on ECOLE DE BUDO RAJI here.
